Details:

  • Pay range: $65K - $80k/yr. depending on experience level
  • Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
  • Location: 100% in office in Minnetonka, MN
  • Type: permanent position with full benefits package

Job Duties:

  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including project planning, issue and change management, resource allocation, budgeting, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones
  • Draft and deliver client-facing documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs) and project guides
  • Develop and execute structured project plans, work schedules, and timelines to achieve defined objectives
  • Lead the creation, documentation, and implementation of project-specific processes and standard operating procedures
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, communicate them effectively, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Initiate and oversee project kickoff activities, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and prepared
  • Foster strong client relationships and maintain consistent communication throughout all stages of the project
  • Create and implement comprehensive communication plans for both internal teams and external stakeholders, detailing frequency, format, and key content
  • Coordinate and monitor activities of internal team members and external partners to ensure project alignment
  • Assign tasks, prioritize workstreams, and provide ongoing support to ensure project efficiency
  • Track and report project status and metrics to ensure alignment with goals and deliverables
  • Oversee project budgets, vendor coordination, profit/loss tracking, and support contract negotiations
  • Manage monthly project invoicing in accordance with budget and delivery milestones
  • Lead regular project meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive alignment and progress
  • Step in to support projects as needed, filling resource gaps and providing guidance to ensure continuity
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  • Travel up to 10% based on project needs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in project planning, implementation and management and collaboration with organizational partners.
  • Excellent time, project management and related organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Superior ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple projects, adjust to changing workflow and workload accordingly.
  • Must be highly motivated and versatile, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, exercise discretion, demonstrate sound judgment, participate as an effective team member, and follow projects through to completion.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information (both in written and oral form) clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience.
  • Ability to be accountable for quality customer service and respond appropriately to a variety of personalities and situations.
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
